Before I look at a single itinerary, I want to understand how you want to travel. Your pace, interests, comfort, past travel experiences, priorities, and even the things you know you don't want give me the starting point for the research ahead. You don't need to know which tour company or travel style is right for you. That's what we're going to figure out together.

It Starts With You, Not a Tour.

Start with a short questionnaire about where you're considering going and what you're looking for in a guided tour, your pace, your interests, and how you like to travel. There are no "right" answers. The more honestly you tell me what you enjoy, what you don't, and what matters to you, the better prepared I'll be for our conversation.

We'll talk about what you're looking forward to, what gives you pause, what you've loved or disliked about guided tours or other vacations in the past, and the little details that can change how a trip feels. I'll bring the questions. You just bring yourself. This conversation is complimentary, and there's no obligation to move forward afterward.

If you decide to move forward, the Tour Pairing service is $250 per household, paid after we talk and before I begin your research. I'll research guided tour companies and itineraries against what I learned about you and the destination itself, pace, activity level, group size, free time, hotel style, transportation, service level, and the tradeoffs a brochure won't show you.

You don't get a list of forty options. You get the two or three guided tour options that deserve serious consideration, with a clear explanation of why each one made the cut and how they differ.

Once you choose the guided tour that feels right, I'll help coordinate the reservation and the travel surrounding it, including flights, travel protection, pre- or post-tour stays, special requests, and your travel documents. You'll also have support as you prepare, while you're traveling, and after you return home.
