How much does Tour Pairings cost?

Yes. I work with a preferred group of guided-tour suppliers with a proven record of outstanding service, chosen because together they cover the many different ways travelers want to experience a guided tour. That vetting lets me stand behind every option I bring you, without narrowing your choices for convenience.

Do you only work with certain tour companies?

Tell me. I'll take your preference seriously and take a close look at the company or itinerary you're considering, alongside other strong options, so you can see how it compares and whether it's truly the best fit for how you want to travel.

What if I already have a tour company or tour in mind?

I'll tell you. Sometimes a custom-designed vacation or another travel style is a better match. If so, I can connect you with Sphera Travel or a trusted Cuvée Travel advisor who specializes in custom travel planning or cruising.

What if a guided tour isn’t right for me?

Yes. Once you've chosen your tour, I can help coordinate flights, travel protection, pre- and post-tour stays, and other arrangements surrounding your guided vacation.

Can you help with flights and travel before or after my tour?

No. If you're considering a few destinations or have a general idea of the experience you're looking for, tell me. Part of our conversation can be figuring out which direction makes the most sense for you.

Do I need to know exactly where I want to go before we start?

You could spend hours comparing brochures and still not know how two similar-sounding itineraries differ once you're on the trip: pace, group size, hotel location, and what is truly included. I bring the research experience and comparison framework through our Tour Pairing Method, so you spend your time deciding, not digging.

How is this different from researching guided tours myself?

Not necessarily. A higher price can reflect better hotels, more inclusions, or a smaller group, but it doesn't automatically mean a better fit for how you want to travel. Part of my job is helping you understand what a price difference is actually buying.

Does a higher price always mean a better tour?

No. Motorcoach touring is the version most people picture, but guided tours can also move you on foot, by bike, aboard local trains and public transportation, or even between countries by private jet. Tours are also increasingly built around who you're traveling with: solo travelers, women-only groups, small groups, specific age ranges, or shared faith traditions. Part of what I do is help you find the guided-tour format that actually fits how you want to travel, not just the one size fits all version.
